1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

We provide medical and prescription courier services, including but not limited to transportation of medications, lab specimens, medical records, and medical supplies between healthcare facilities, pharmacies, laboratories, and patients, subject to availability and applicable law.

Service details, timing, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline a request that cannot be completed safely, legally, or in accordance with our procedures.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information, contact details, and handling instructions.
• Ensure items are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for transport.
• Disclose any time sensitivity, temperature requirements, or special handling needs before dispatch.
• Ensure an authorized person is available for handoff when required.

4. Chain-of-Custody & Handling

We follow company procedures for secure handling and documented handoffs. Clients must cooperate with verification steps at pickup and delivery. Failure to follow agreed handoff procedures may delay completion or prevent delivery.

5. Confidentiality

We take reasonable steps to handle healthcare-related materials discreetly. Clients remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance with HIPAA and other privacy obligations when preparing or releasing materials for transport.

6. Prohibited Items

You may not request transport of items that are illegal, improperly packaged, or outside the scope of our medical courier services. We may refuse or return such items.

7. Scheduling, Delays & Force Majeure

While we work to meet agreed timelines, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, facility access, road closures, emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays when practicable.

8. Fees & Payment

Fees are based on distance, urgency, frequency, and service type. Payment terms are as agreed at booking or under a separate client agreement. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoopin & Haulin 24/7, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability related to any shipment is limited as stated in the applicable service agreement or, if none, to the fees paid for that specific run.

10. Website Use

Website content is for general information only and may change without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use content for unlawful purposes. All logos, branding, and site materials remain our property.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scoopin & Haulin 24/7, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of services, inaccurate instructions, improper packaging, or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
